RAWK Final Four 2007
The RAWK Final Four is the Spokane's largest high school band competition. Twenty bands take the stage over the four preliminaries in an attempt to advance to the finals. One of the five bands performing every Saturday will advance to the February 24th finale based on popular balloting, along with one “wild card” band selected by the RAWK panel.
The winner receives a weekend of free recording time in Seattle, provided by Isaiah Vering of Delve Music, with an honorarium toward travel expenses paid by RAWK. Each opening round winner will also receive $100 and an appearance on KYRS Thin Air Radio’s All Ages show the following Tuesday.
The Spokane SiDEKiCK is proud to be a sponsor of the RAWK Final Four, an opportunity for young bands to gain name recognition, a chance to perform in front of large crowds and, ultimately, continuing this venture to build a larger all-ages music scene in the Spokane area. All of the competitive concerts in this series will take place at The Service Station, 9315 N. Nevada on the north side of Spokane.
As part of the 2007 Final Four, RAWK has compiled a two-disc compilation featuring music from all of this year's competing bands. You can purchase the official disc at any RAWK show or you may download the albums for free by clicking the link to the left.
